I have soooo many questions about a down jacket. I need help badly. Furthermore, I want to buy the Columbia Neve Dome II down though I really like your insights. Help please

I’ve had a Nuptse jacket for about 5 years, and used it lots for winter walking and belaying when climbing. It seemed pretty expensive at the time, but it’s worn really well and still going strong. The old style Nuptse doesn’t have a hood but the cut is similar and I’d definitely recommend it.
